The Children’s culinary instructor is Lisa Holmes, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and co-author of three books on cooking and nutrition including “Lunch Lessons.” Lisa is not only a seasoned chef, but also has experience working with children, having been one of the co-founders of a local Montessori school.
